1. مقدمة
تحترم خصوصيتك في تطبيق أذكار النوم. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يحفظها التطبيق أو قد تعالجها خدمات خارجية مستخدمة فيه، وأغراض المعالجة، وخياراتك المتعلقة بالخصوصية.
لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل الدخول، ولا يطلب منك تزويد المطور باسمك أو رقم هاتفك أو عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني أو عنوانك البريدي.
2. البيانات التي يحفظها التطبيق محليًا
قد يحفظ التطبيق على جهازك فقط بيانات الاستخدام والتفضيلات اللازمة لعمل الميزات، ومنها:
- تقدم الأذكار والعدادات وحالة الإكمال اليومية.
- الأذكار الشخصية التي يضيفها المستخدم.
- إعدادات المظهر وحجم الخط والتذكيرات وأوقاتها.
- القارئ المختار ووضع القراءة وآخر موضع قراءة محفوظ.
هذه البيانات لا تُرسل إلى خادم تابع للمطور ولا تُستخدم لإنشاء ملف شخصي لدى المطور. تبقى على الجهاز إلى أن يحذفها المستخدم من داخل التطبيق إن توفرت هذه الإمكانية، أو يمسح بيانات التطبيق، أو يحذف التطبيق.
3. الإشعارات والتذكيرات
إذا فعّلت التذكيرات، يستخدم التطبيق إذن الإشعارات لإرسال تذكيرات محلية في الأوقات التي تختارها. تُخزن إعدادات التذكيرات محليًا على جهازك، ويمكنك تعطيلها من التطبيق أو من إعدادات النظام.
4. الإعلانات وخدمات Google
يستخدم التطبيق Google AdMob لعرض الإعلانات، ويستخدم Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) لإدارة رسائل الموافقة وخيارات الخصوصية عندما تكون مطلوبة قانونيًا أو وفق إعدادات Google.
قد تعالج Google Mobile Ads، بحسب جهازك ومنطقتك وإعداداتك وموافقتك، بيانات مثل:
- عنوان IP، وقد يُستخدم لتقدير الموقع العام وليس الموقع الدقيق.
- معرّفات الجهاز أو معرّفات الإعلانات المتاحة على النظام.
- التفاعل مع التطبيق والإعلانات، مثل مرات الظهور والنقرات.
- بيانات التشخيص والأداء، مثل الأعطال ووقت التشغيل ومعلومات تقنية عن الجهاز والتطبيق.
- بيانات مرتبطة بعرض الإعلانات وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام.
قد تُستخدم هذه البيانات لعرض الإعلانات وقياس أدائها والتحليلات ومنع الاحتيال، وقد تعالجها Google وشركاؤها الإعلانيون وفق سياساتهم وإعدادات الموافقة المعمول بها.

5. خيارات الموافقة والخصوصية
في المناطق التي تتطلب ذلك، قد يعرض التطبيق رسالة موافقة من Google قبل طلب الإعلانات. تعتمد أنواع الإعلانات المتاحة على اختياراتك والقانون المطبق. عندما تشترط UMP توفير وسيلة لتعديل الخيارات، يظهر إجراء «خيارات الخصوصية» داخل صفحة سياسة الخصوصية في التطبيق.
يمكنك أيضًا إدارة بعض إعدادات الإعلانات من إعدادات حساب Google أو إعدادات الخصوصية والإعلانات في نظام جهازك.
6. بث تلاوة سورة الملك
عند اختيار الاستماع إلى سورة الملك، يتصل جهازك مباشرة بخوادم MP3Quran لبث الملف الصوتي. لا يستلم المطور تسجيلات صوتية أو بيانات حساب منك. وكأي اتصال عبر الإنترنت، قد يستقبل مزود البث معلومات تقنية لازمة لتقديم الخدمة، مثل عنوان IP وبيانات الطلب والجهاز، وفق ممارساته الخاصة.
7. المشاركة والروابط الخارجية
عند استخدام زر المشاركة، يرسل التطبيق النص الذي اخترته إلى واجهة المشاركة في نظام التشغيل. لا يتحكم التطبيق في كيفية معالجة التطبيق الخارجي الذي تختاره للنص المشترك؛ وتطبق سياسة خصوصية ذلك التطبيق أو الخدمة.
قد يتضمن التطبيق روابط لمصادر أو خدمات خارجية. لا يتحكم المطور في محتوى تلك المواقع أو ممارسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها.
8. البيانات التي لا يجمعها المطور مباشرة
لا يشغّل المطور خادم حسابات للمستخدمين، ولا يجمع مباشرةً من خلال التطبيق:
- الأسماء أو أرقام الهاتف أو عناوين البريد الإلكتروني للمستخدمين.
- جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو الملفات الشخصية.
- الموقع الجغرافي الدقيق.
- بيانات الدفع أو المعلومات المالية.
- الميكروفون أو الكاميرا.
لا ينطبق هذا النفي على البيانات التقنية التي قد تعالجها خدمات خارجية موضحة في هذه السياسة، وخصوصًا Google AdMob وموفر بث الصوت.
9. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
يحتفظ التطبيق بالبيانات المحلية إلى أن تمسح بيانات التطبيق أو تحذف التطبيق من جهازك. لا يوجد حساب مستخدم أو ملف شخصي على خادم تابع للمطور يحتاج إلى طلب حذف منفصل.
تحتفظ Google أو أي خدمة خارجية بالبيانات التي تعالجها وفق سياساتها القانونية والتشغيلية. يمكن توجيه طلبات أو أسئلة الخصوصية المتعلقة بالتطبيق إلى البريد الموجود في قسم التواصل.
10. أمن البيانات
نسعى إلى تقليل البيانات واستخدام وسائل الحماية المتاحة في نظام التشغيل. تُنقل بيانات خدمات Google الإعلانية عبر اتصالات مشفرة أثناء النقل وفق توثيق Google. ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل إلكتروني تضمن أمانًا مطلقًا.
11. خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق موجه لجمهور عام وليس مصممًا خصيصًا كخدمة موجهة للأطفال. لا يجمع المطور عن قصد معلومات شخصية مباشرة من الأطفال. إذا أصبحت النسخة المستقبلية موجهة للأطفال أو أدرجت ضمن فئة أطفال، فسيتم تعديل إعدادات الإعلانات والإفصاحات والسياسة بما يتوافق مع المتطلبات المعمول بها.
12. حقوقك

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the Sleep Adhkar (أذكار النوم) mobile application on Android and iOS. It explains what information is stored by the app, what information may be processed by third-party services, why it is processed, and the privacy choices available to users.
The app does not require an account or sign-in and does not ask you to provide the developer with your name, phone number, email address, or postal address.
2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The app may store the following information locally to provide its features:
- Daily Adhkar progress, counters, and completion status.
- Personal Adhkar created by the user.
- Appearance, text size, reminder settings, and reminder times.
- Selected reciter, reading mode, and saved reading position.
This information is not sent to a developer-operated server and is not used by the developer to build a user profile. It remains on the device until you delete it through the app where available, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.
3. Notifications and Reminders
If you enable reminders, the app uses notification permission to provide local reminders at times you select. Reminder settings are stored locally and can be disabled in the app or in your device settings.
4. Advertising and Google Services
The app uses Google AdMob to display advertising and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage consent messages and privacy choices where required by law or Google's settings.
Depending on your device, region, settings, and consent choices, Google Mobile Ads may process information such as:
- Your IP address, which may be used to estimate general rather than precise location.
- Device identifiers or advertising identifiers available on the platform.
- App and advertising interactions, such as impressions and clicks.
- Diagnostic and performance information, including crashes, launch information, and technical device/app data.
- Advertising data used for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention.
Google and its advertising partners may process this information under their own policies and the applicable consent settings.

5. Consent and Privacy Choices
In regions where required, the app may display a Google consent message before requesting ads. The ads available may depend on your choices and applicable law. When UMP requires an entry point for changing privacy choices, a “Privacy Options” action is made available within the app's Privacy Policy page.
You may also manage certain advertising choices through your Google account and your device's privacy or advertising settings.
6. Surah Al-Mulk Audio Streaming
When you choose to listen to Surah Al-Mulk, your device connects directly to MP3Quran servers to stream the audio. The developer does not receive voice recordings or account information from you. As with any internet request, the streaming provider may receive technical information needed to deliver the service, such as IP address, request details, and device information, under its own practices.
7. Sharing and External Links
When you use the share feature, the selected text is passed to your operating system's share sheet. The app does not control how the third-party app or service you choose handles the shared content; that service's privacy policy applies.
The app may contain links to external sources or services. The developer does not control their content or privacy practices.
8. Information Not Collected Directly by the Developer
The developer does not operate user account servers and does not directly collect through the app:
- User names, phone numbers, or user email addresses.
- Contacts, personal photos, or personal files.
- Precise geolocation.
- Payment or financial information.
- Microphone or camera data.
This statement does not exclude technical data processed by the third-party services described in this policy, particularly Google AdMob and the audio streaming provider.
9. Retention and Deletion
Local information remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. There is no developer-hosted user account or server-side user profile requiring a separate account deletion request.

10. Data Security
We seek to minimize data use and rely on protections provided by the operating system. According to Google's documentation, Google Mobile Ads data is encrypted in transit. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
The app is intended for a general audience and is not designed specifically as a child-directed service. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If a future version is directed to children or listed in a children's category, advertising settings, disclosures, and this policy will be updated to meet applicable requirements.
12. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict the processing of personal data, or to withdraw consent. Because most app data is stored locally, you can remove it by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. For advertising choices, use UMP privacy controls when available, your device settings, and your Google account settings.
13. International Data Transfers
Google and other service providers may process technical information in countries outside your country of residence under the safeguards and legal terms they apply.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when app features, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top identifies the current version. Any consent that must be obtained separately under applicable law remains subject to its own consent process.
